To All Our Patients

 

Our Practice is currently running with severe IT restrictions. As a result we cannot make appointments. This makes it impossible for us to provide our usual service with eConsult and routine bookings. This major fault has been a consequence of a change to our server which is completely out with the Practice’s control. NHS Lothian and Cegedim, our supplier, are working to try and address the fault. However, we have not been given a  time for which this will be fixed. We share your significant frustration and our staff are doing all they can to minimise impact to our patients but disruption is inevitable.

 

Today, if you already have an appointment please attend. If you feel you have an urgent need that cannot wait until the end of today then please attend our walk-in clinic 0930-1130. There may be a wait to be seen and please remember, this is not the fault of any of our staff. We appreciate your patience.
