We realise that sometimes things do not go as smoothly as we would like. If you have experienced any problems, please contact the Practice Manager so that we can resolve the problem. The practice operates a Complaints Procedure in line with national criteria.
If you wish to make a complaint on behalf of a patient then we may ask the patient for their consent before proceeding with our investigations.
