The site has been designed from the ground up by a local company specifically for Newbattle Medical patients and we hope it provides you a much more pleasant viewing experience and trust that you will find it much easier to navigate and find information relevant to your enquiry.

The site also benefits from a responsive design that serves up a bespoke site depending on the device you are browsing from.

    I was always complaining about the phone system ….97th in queue waited and got to number 8 for message to change to all routine appointments have now gone for the day 😡😡😡 so when the new eConsult Service was suggested to me I thought why not give it a go …..BRILLIANT I got a text next day from my preferred doctor telling me my prescription would be at the desk to collect (which it was) and that a receptionist would call me to make an appointment to see doctor following week which she did, its a bit of a pain answering all the questions as a lot didn’t really apply to me and my condition but once past that it’s a doddle and will definitely use again
